Vice President, Fund Finance | NYC | Alternative CreditMission Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing next-generation alternative asset manager focused on providing structured financing solutions to innovative, high-growth businesses across credit, hybrid, and venture strategies. We are seeking a Vice President, Fund Finance to join the New York team in a highly visible role supporting senior leadership and helping oversee core finance operations across the firm's investment platform.What You'll Do:Partner directly with senior leadership across fund accounting, treasury, operations, and investor reportingOversee monthly / quarterly reporting across multiple investment vehicles and coordinate with third-party administratorsManage relationships with auditors, tax providers, and external service partnersSupport capital activity including capital calls, distributions, liquidity planning, and lender reportingDrive process improvements, controls enhancements, and scalable reporting infrastructureCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, and Investment teamsMentor and help develop junior team members while helping build best-in-class finance infrastructureWhy This Role Stands Out:Broad exposure across credit, hybrid, and venture investment vehiclesSignificant visibility to senior leadership and strategic decision-makingHighly entrepreneurial environment with real opportunity to influence platform buildoutStrong runway for growth as the business continues to scaleLocation: New York City (4 days in-office)Compensation: Up to $200K base / $250K+ total compIdeal Background:• 6+ Years of fund finance / fund accounting experience• Experience with both open-end and closed-end fund structures required• Credit fund exposure strongly preferred• Experience within alternative asset management platforms (no straight public accounting profiles)
