Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,288 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Shift Day shift: 06:30 AM – 05:00 PM 10 hours per day , 4 days per week Full-time , 40 hours/week Schedule may require floating between departments or locations within 20 miles Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate, document). Ensure safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, and efficient care . Administer medications and treatments per physician orders or standard protocols. Coordinate patient care through collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams . Supervise LPNs and non-licensed personnel as needed. Participate in protocol education, competency testing, and adherence to unit standards . Identify and address patient and family learning and discharge needs . Maintain compliance with documentation and regulatory standards . Adapt to a fast-paced operating room environment and work as a team player . Requirements Education Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Licenses & Certifications Required: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Preferred: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Experience Minimum 2 years current experience in a large OR Must be able to scrub Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment Preferred Experience: Epic system experience (training available onsite) Ortho, EENT, or vascular OR experience
