About the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Global Head of Marketing & AI Innovation to build and lead a modern, AI-enabled marketing function. This role will be responsible for rethinking how marketing operates across content, design, campaigns, reporting, and workflows by embedding AI into the team’s day-to-day processes. This person will own the global marketing strategy across brand, digital, website strategy, and client and expert engagement, ensuring alignment with company growth priorities.The ideal candidate will lead a global team to create a more efficient and data-driven marketing operation to accelerate content production, improve campaign performance, and generate better insights for decision-making.This is an ideal opportunity for a strong marketing leader who is highly comfortable using AI tools to support global marketing execution. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can take ownership, drive cross-functional marketing activity, and help the team build a more scalable, AI-enabled function that delivers measurable business impact.Responsibilities: AI & Automation Strategy Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap across the marketing and revenue technology stackIdentify opportunities to apply AI and automation to marketing tasks, internal workflows, CRM workflows, campaign optimization, and overall operational efficiencyUse tools such as Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe AI, and similar platforms to improve marketing workflows, create assets, draft content, and streamline executionPartner closely with sales to integrate AI-enabled processes, improve targeting and insights, and align marketing efforts with pipeline development and revenue goalsMarketing ExecutionLead the global marketing function and a team of 15+ while developing a modern, digital-first marketing operation across content creation, reporting, and marketing operationsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing projects move forward efficiently and deadlines are metOptimize marketing processes, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation, client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across key markets and segmentsManage the global marketing budget, external agencies, vendors, and tools to ensure resources are allocated effectively, and marketing investments deliver measurable impactBrand StrategyRefine and evolve the company’s brand positioning, messaging, and market narrative to ensure consistency across client, expert, employee, and candidate audiencesPartner with client-facing teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive client engagement and revenue growth Develop expert-facing content and communications that increase engagement, strengthen relationships, and support participation across key marketing initiativesSupport employer branding initiatives by developing content and messaging that strengthen the company’s reputation, culture, and talent attraction effortsOwn website strategy, content, SEO, conversion optimization, and digital performance to improve engagement, lead capture, and brand visibilityReporting & MeasurementDefine and report on success metrics for AI and automation initiativesServe as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing marketing insights, performance reporting, and recommendations that support company prioritiesLeverage dashboards and reporting to measure impact on pipeline, conversion rates, efficiency, and revenueQualifications: 12+ years of marketing experience in content, campaigns, design support, and marketing operations5+ years of experience managing teams of up to 15 individualsStrong B2B marketing experience in professional services, information services, SaaS, consulting, financial services, or another relationship-driven businessProven ability to apply AI and automation to increase efficiency, improve marketing productivity, strengthen business outcomes, and support revenue growthDemonstrated experience building or modernizing a marketing function and managing a global high-performing team Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and communicate impact to senior leadershipExperience managing marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and technology investmentsFluency with AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe AI/Creative Suite, or similar platforms to enhance go-to-market executionExcellent leadership, communication, and change-management skills, with the ability to influence globally across functions and regionsExperience leveraging marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, campaign management platforms, and reporting dashboards, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Qualified, Outreach, Looker, Tableau, or similar systemsThe annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $275,000.
