DescriptionPosition SummaryResponsible for providing exemplary guest service while performing a variety of pro shop and fitness center duties.Essential FunctionsServes as front desk help to include answering of phones, selling merchandise, running cash register, checking in guests, etc. at the Pro-shop & Fitness Center.Provides accurate information to community regarding the Course events, Fitness Center and prices for both golf and fitness.Collects membership, greens fees and fitness center fees.Assists with golf course and fitness center events. Maintains record of all transactions and deposits. Assists in keeping daily records related to sales and events.Inspects, cleans, and sanitizes all areas of the facility and restrooms to ensure safe and sanitary conditions. Communicates with appropriate supervisor or Facilities personnel regarding facilities maintenance issues. Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the Pro-Shop & Fitness Center. Maintains a strict code of confidentially at all times.Completes tasks in a trustworthy, reliable and timely manner.Works as a member of a team. Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standardsMaintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs and services.Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.Maintains cleanliness of driving range and ensures it is picked up and clean throughout the day.Cleans, washes and prepares golf carts.All other duties as assigned.
