W-2Company Overview:A global leader in aviation training, simulation systems, and technical support services, serving commercial, government, and military organizations worldwide.Position Summary:The Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for executing all kitting and material handling activities to support production operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely material distribution, and high levels of internal customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, issue, and kit materials based on Work Order Bills of Material (BOM) and customer requirements Verify materials against BOM picklists to ensure accuracy for production Process orders and transactions within the ERP system Inspect incoming materials for condition and quantity Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle checks Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Support urgent material requests and discrepancy reports Coordinate material flow to maintain production schedules Ensure proper handling and use of company equipment Maintain compliance with safety, export control, and company policies Collaborate with internal teams to support operational efficiency Provide backup support for Material Handler functions Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, or fulfilment operations Skills & Systems:Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred) Familiarity with Fastpic or similar inventory tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
