You'll work closely with Sales and Finance leadership while contributing directly to cash flow health and audit readiness.• Take ownership of customer collections in a B2B setting• Partner closely with Sales and Finance leadership for high visibility• Play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing delinquency risk• Gain audit-facing experience tied to financial statements• Join a stable organization with a collaborative, accountability-driven team• Hybrid work arrangement available following initial onboarding and trainingKey Responsibilities• Manage customer collections, including past-due outreach, follow-ups, and payment commitments• Monitor accounts receivable balances and prepare monthly aging and trend analyses• Process customer refunds related to overpayments and returns• Review, code, and post daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits• Support accounts receivable activities related to year-end financial statement audits• Provide backup support to Accounts Payable as neededQualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or business coursework preferred• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting• Business-to-business collections experience strongly preferred• Healthcare or medical industry experience a plus• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office#INAPR2026
