They deliver projects across ground‐up builds, tenant improvements, food service facilities, healthcare environments, public housing, retail spaces, mixed‐use buildings, industrial structures, and more across 10+ states.The organization is known for its "building relationships is our foundation" culture, collaborative delivery model, and ability to support clients from concept through completion-including preconstruction, budgeting, design‐build, value engineering, and turnkey execution.Job DescriptionProvide executive leadership over all construction divisions, operations, and project delivery teams across multiple states.Own responsibility for construction P&L, financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation.Develop and implement companywide operational standards, best practices, and continuous‐improvement initiatives.Direct and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, and alignment with company values.Partner with ownership on long‐term strategic planning, expansion into new markets, and division growth.Oversee preconstruction functions including estimating, design‐assist, constructability reviews, and early‐phase client planning.Lead high‐level client engagement, contract negotiations, issue escalation, and relationship management.Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met across all active projects.Drive hiring, team development, succession planning, and expansion of internal leadership talent.Represent the company professionally with municipalities, regulatory agencies, design partners, and subcontractor networks.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
