Associate Archival Producer

A company is looking for an Associate Archival Producer, Content Creation (Temporary). Key Responsibilities Compile, review, and verify that all materials used in content are properly cleared and licensed Conduct archival research and manage project assets, including building shot sheets and tracking footage Communicate project status and share final deliverables with Rights and Clearances Analysts Required Qualifications At least one year of experience in a fast-paced television environment preferred Basic understanding of clearance laws, including fair use and public domain Familiarity with archival vendors Experience with music cue sheets is a plus Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
