We cultivate a culture where ambitious, curious, and driven individuals are empowered to lead, learn, and elevate those around them.Role Summary: The Associate Director of Digital Marketing Client Success will direct and oversee part of the Customer Success Team that acts as the primary point of contact between Eulerity and our mid-market clients. This individual will manage a group of highly engaged Brand Strategists who support a wide variety of commercial brands, with a strong emphasis on multi-location businesses and franchises.Responsibilities:Manage a team of Brand Strategists who own the digital strategy and growth of our mid-market client portfolioProvide expert-level guidance on marketing fundamentals, translating paid media, social media management, reputation management, and local listings into actionable strategies for clientsNavigate the unique complexities of multi-location and franchise clients, ensuring localized success while maintaining global brand consistencyAct as the day-to-day leader, go-to resource, and point of escalation for the Customer Success teamEnsure proper client assignments, data-driven insights, and continuing optimal service qualityOversee post-sales efforts to maintain and grow existing mid-market accounts while ensuring quality and cost-effective servicesUnderstand complex client marketing objectives and KPIs to steward the successful use of the Eulerity platformInterface with clients through all forms of communication channelsDevelop processes and procedures to support key touchpoints with end usersWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Expansion, Sales, and other departments to provide the best experience for our clientsRequirements:4+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, with a proven track record of managing mid-market clients2+ years managing a team requiredStrong foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including paid advertising, organic social media, online reputation management, and directory listingsStrong Plus: Direct experience working with multi-location clients, franchise models, or distributed networksMust be able to commute to the office at least twice per weekQuick learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projectsVery organized with a keen attention to detailStrong analytical and creative skillsAbility to adapt to the fast-changing landscape of digital marketingOut-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving and consultative approachHigh energy and a teamwork mentality is a mustProficient with online tools such as Google Docs, HubSpot, etc.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits:Comprehensive benefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceUnlimited PTOCommuter benefits401(k) with company matchIn-office Lunch CreditsSummer FridaysHybrid (2 days/week in office)
