Speech Language Pathologist

DescriptionThe Green Bay Area Public School District is seeking dynamic Speech/Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year to assist in developing speech and language skills to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. Speech-language pathologists will assess and treat students who have speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. GBAPS has qualified SLP's that will help with CFY supervision and the district supports the ASHA dues and the ASHA professional development requirements each month.We are a district rich in diversity that offers many programs to ensure academic success and support for children's social and emotional well being. Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction license for Speech and Language Therapy.General Responsibilities:Work with students who receive speech and language services.Participate as a team member in the comprehensive evaluation, review, and reevaluation process.Participate in the development of students' Individual Education Plans.Consult with parents, teachers, administrators, and others concerning the needs of students.Assist teachers in the development and implementation of curriculum modifications and appropriate classroom strategies.Provide therapy and/or consultation based on students' Individual Education Plans.Motivate students through effective communication and evaluative feedback.Establish and maintain a positive climate for learning in a variety of settings.Maintain confidential and appropriate progress monitoring records and reports.
