Data Scientist – Machine Learning & Predictive AnalyticsAbout the RoleRDA is a digital transformation consultancy helping future-ready enterprises solve complex business challenges through AI, strategy, and customer experience. We’re expanding our data capabilities and seeking a Data Scientist to design and deliver machine learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to explore data, build predictive models, and bring those solutions into production. You’ll operate at the intersection of hands-on development and client collaboration, contributing to both delivery and early-stage solutioning in a consulting environment.This position is remote.  Work EST hours from your home office located anywhere in the U.S. except CA, CO, WA and OR.What You’ll DoAnalyze client data to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, and predictive opportunitiesBuild, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models across a variety of use casesSelect appropriate statistical and ML approaches, experiment with alternatives, and optimize model performancePrepare and process data for modeling, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineeringIntegrate ML solutions into client systems in partnership with engineering teamsMonitor models for drift, bias, and accuracy over time and adjust as neededPresent insights and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, compelling wayParticipate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives and data landscapesSupport sales and pre-sales by helping scope machine learning opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional RDA project teams throughout implementation cyclesRequired Qualifications3–8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning (including model selection, training, tuning, evaluation, and deployment in production environmentsStrong Python Expertise with common ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Solid foundation in statistical modeling and predictive analytics, including experience with data wrangling and feature engineeringExperience building and deploying ML solutions in cloud environments and working across diverse business domainsHands-on experience with Azure ML Studio and a modern analytics or BI platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experienceHelpful skills include consulting background; data visualization experience; and LLM-based or AI agent solution experienceWhy Join RDA?Enjoy the privilege of remote work.  Benefit from a competitive compensation package, including base salary, learning objectives and pay for any overtime hours worked.Enjoy unlimited PTO and access to top-tier medical (BC/BS network), FSA, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance programs. Be part of a team that has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years.No third parties, please.
