Role: Solution Architect – Mainframe ModernizationLocation: Woodlawn, MD (Onsite)Duration: 12+ MonthsInterview: In-person required. Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and delivery of mainframe application solutions for large-scale enterprise engagements.Define end-to-end solution approaches across mainframe technologies, including application, database, batch, and transaction processing components.Manage technical delivery across onsite and offshore teams, including work planning, solution reviews, and issue resolution.Advise clients on mainframe modernization strategies, including integration, optimization, and hybrid architecture approaches.Facilitate architecture discussions, technical workshops, and stakeholder reviews to support program delivery and decision-making.
