Our work environment includes: Fun and fast paced environment Growth opportunities Intuitive on the site land manipulation to provide high end, realistic golf green contouring. 40+ hour weeks Job Summary MITurf Pros is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Turf Installer to join our team. As the Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various artificial turf installation projects including golf greens, lawn panels, playgrounds and pet areas. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in multiple areas of construction and installation. We are a new driven team with a passion for delivering extremely high-end golf greens and associated synthetic turf applications. Responsibilities and Requirements - Manage and lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications. - Coordinate with crew members, material providers to schedule installations and ensure timely completion. - Read and interpret site plans. - Dig and base areas to properly prep for turf installation. - Use power tools and hand tools to complete installation tasks. - Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards. - Troubleshoot issues that may arise during installations and provide solutions. - Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. - Ability to lift 50+ pounds Experience Required To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Proven experience in turf installation, landscaping, construction or a related field. - Proficiency in various installation tasks such as laying turf, seaming, land balancing, dig & basing, and drainage. - Familiarity with power tools and their proper usage. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during installations. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
