Ropes Course Lead
Position Summary: The Ropes Course Lead directs and supervises the camps adventure and ropes course program.
Essential Responsibilities
Supervise ropes course staff for safe operation of the facility and program
Complete staff training
Conduct daily facility and equipment checks for safety and cleanliness, report any issues
Maintain course records
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Training and experience in ropes course programs
Computer Skills
Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses
Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
Current and First Aid certifications
