Transport Process & Continuous Improvement Lead
Your roleThe Transport Process and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for the design, optimization, and governance of transportation-related processes, systems, and data across the North American Service Center (NSC) and supporting entities.This role owns the development of scalable solutions that improve visibility, automation, and decision-making within Transport and across connected functions, including Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Customer Service, Finance, Customer Centers, and Product Companies.The Process and Continuous Improvement Lead orchestrates cross-functional initiatives, develops reporting and system capabilities, and ensures sustainable, well-documented processes that drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, service improvement, and environmental performance.
