The successful candidate will be a seasoned litigator with a portable book of business, capable of taking on immediate firm-driven matters and expanding their individual practice within a collaborative, high-caliber team. Key focus areas for this role include employee mobility litigation, trade secrets protection and misappropriation, and the handling of urgent and complex employment disputes. The role also involves serving as lead counsel in court proceedings, from TRO hearings to trial, and requires a strong background in trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility litigation. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a portable book of business between $400K and $800K, a strong background in the relevant legal areas, and extensive experience with TROs, injunctions, and emergency litigation procedures. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing computer forensic investigations in litigation contexts and demonstrated first-chair trial experience in relevant cases. The ideal candidate will be an active member of the bar in the state corresponding to one of the listed office locations and will be expected to work alongside a team of litigators and subject matter experts on high-stakes, fast-moving cases.
