This position requires access to ITAR-controlled data. Applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITARResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include:Engagement around storage and backup solutions contributing to a well-architected, scalable, cost efficient, and secure environment.Provide expert level guidance to product (R&D) teams on storage and backup decisions, cost optimization, and vendor agnostic solutions.Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for IT support team members.Proactively identify areas of improvement through observability, recommend and integrate process and architecture improvements.Ensure the highest level of up-time and Quality of Service (QoS) to internal customers through operational excellence.Proactively identify areas of improvement with storage and backup environments, and influence various teams to work together.Day To Day Activities Engagement with local R&D teams. Collaboration, mentoring and guidance to engineers. Research and Proof-of-Concept development Architecture evolution and forward thinking. Architecture and Design communications (presentations and meetings) Execution/implementation of cloud solutions.
