PVD/CVD Process Development Engineer (R&D)

Overview In this role you drive the development, characterization, and optimization of thin film processes (CVD-PVD) for volume production within TI’s advanced technology team. You will lead in-fab unit process development, partnering with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers to ensure robust, reliable, and manufacturable devices. Your work focuses on improving device performance, resonator parameters, and overall yield through DOE, data analysis, and simulation. You will plan and manage multiple tasks across organizations, communicating progress clearly and influencing cross-functional decisions.
