Career Accelerator Program - Process Development Engineer - MS/PhD - Dallas

Overview In this role you will develop, characterize and optimize MEMS resonator devices for volume production within TI's analog technology development team. You will lead device and process improvements, balancing performance targets with manufacturability and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resonator performance with key device parameters for market-ready products. This is part of TI's Development programs and CAP, aiming to accelerate your growth from day one. You help shape next-generation electronics with robust, scalable MEMS technology.
