QA Engineer II - Visualization
Overview
In this role you drive the development and quality of ArcGIS graphics capabilities. You work with cross-functional teams to define and test features for 2D/3D graphics engines and address customer issues. You’ll craft test fixtures and automation to improve reliability and help shape future releases. This position blends hands-on coding with analytical problem-solving to deliver robust visualization tools for GIS. ResponsibilitiesLearn and troubleshoot existing graphics technologies across current and past software versionsCollaborate with development teams to build new 2D/3D graphics engine functionalityTest and document the ArcGIS graphics engine for internal useBuild and maintain test scenarios validating graphics engine behaviorResearch customer requests and standards to derive design requirementsTriage and investigate customer issues and tweak automated tests and test fixtures
