Also responsible for directing and monitoring workflow; fill in as needed for other department personnel or where the workload indicates. Operates various department equipment, maintains records and helps to instruct department personnel as needed.Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of warehouse activities, including shipping /receiving/warehouse inventory management, health and safetyManages warehouse personnel, provides work direction, trains workers on job duties, safety procedures and company policiesEstablish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departmentsCommunicates with and schedules work with Deluxe Vendors; may also respond to customer service emailsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years, 1 year of managementProficient knowledge of personal computers.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)Strong knowledge of processes and equipment, lean principles and quality improvement initiativesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business or Logistics2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain and employee coachingStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAdditional Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderBenefitsIn line with our commitment to employee wellbeing, our total rewards benefits package is designed to support the physical, financial, and emotional health of our employees, tailored to meet their unique and evolving needs.
