Warehouse Supervisor

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership• Running daily warehouse and air freight operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and serviceexcellence.• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timelymovement and processing of freight.• Ensure warehouse layout, floor plans, and storage configurations support efficient workflowsand safe freight movement.• Identify opportunities to maximize cargo returns by improving unit builds and partnering withforwarding teams to enhance shipment profitability.• This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in managing operational processes,resolving issues, and making decisions that impact compliance, service delivery, and overallbusiness performance.Regulatory & Compliance Management• Ensure all cargo screening procedures meet TSA, CCSF, and internal compliance standards.• Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety risks, maintenance requirements, andoperational inefficiencies.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.• Evaluate compliance risks and determine appropriate corrective actions to maintain regulatoryQualifications• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, freight, or air-cargo operations; leadershipexperience required.• Strong working knowledge of TSA, CCSF, OSHA, and warehouse safety standards.• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and operationalreporting tools.• Ability to obtain forklift certification; training provided by the company.
