From overseeing daily clinical operations to championing performance improvement projects, your fingerprints will be on everything that makes this health center run safely, smartly, and compassionately.What You’ll Do:Lead and chair the Risk Management/Quality Assurance committee.Drive quality improvement audits using EMR tools (COGNOS) for data insights.Lead performance improvement projects impacting patient outcomes, costs, and experience.Serve as primary liaison to regulatory agencies (DOH, HRSA, CMS) and community partners.Oversee PCMH accreditation and ensure quality measures are consistently met.Champion patient rights — addressing complaints and investigating incidents.Manage staff training programs aligned with NYSDOH and HRSA requirements.Collaborate across dental, medical, and operations departments.Oversee value-based care contracts (IPA & ACO) and quality measurement activities.Support succession planning and contribute to the future leadership pipeline of the health center.Why This Role Is ExcitingThis is a rare opportunity to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader.
