We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Generalist to assist with data mining/contact collection with a knack for graphic design to join our team. This unique role combines the analytical skills needed for data collection and segmentation with the creative flair required for design tasks. Job Description: As a Marketing Generalist with Graphic Design skills, you will play a dual role within our organization. You will be responsible for gathering and organizing valuable contact information and data from various sources, as well as creating visually compelling graphics to support our marketing and outreach efforts. Core Responsibilities + Key Accountabilities: Data Mining & Contact Collection: Data Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and collect contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and social media profiles, from various online and offline sources. Database Management: Organize, segment, and maintain a comprehensive and accurate contact database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for marketing and sales teams. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and target audiences for outreach campaigns, using data mining techniques to extract relevant information. Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for outreach and engagement. Compliance: Ensure that all data collection practices adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations like GDPR. Graphic Design: Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional products, infographics, and content for the web. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall visual identity of the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create graphics that support data-driven campaigns and outreach efforts. Design Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in data mining, contact collection, or lead generation, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data collection tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems), as well as graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct detailed research and gather accurate contact information from a variety of sources. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in both data collection and design tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Creative Skills: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing designs that communicate data and information effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and designs clearly to team members. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho), WordPress and CRM systems. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices. Experience in animation, video editing, or motion graphics. Big Plus For These Qualifications: Experience designing landing pages & display ads. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
