What You'll DoDeliver exceptional hospitality to our guests, your fellow teammates, and all of our vendors and suppliersBe able to speak to our product and demonstrate how to use with a variety of different brewing methods and coffee varietalsStay knowledgeable about Fellow’s current products and how they help brew ridiculously good coffee; continuously cultivating your own curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings Taste coffee from our roaster partners regularly to ensure quality, uphold our standards, and develop your palateCreate community in our store by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee with our guests; inspire your Fellow teammates to do the sameSupport your team by taking joy in the tasks that keep the store running smoothly and beautifully—these tasks may vary but can include cleaning, clearing and washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organizing product displays, replenishing inventory, and taking out trashWork as a team to achieve sales goalsPromote a safe and respectful working environmentQualificationsSearching for a career in coffee and coffee equipment and accessories with a dynamic, growing company.Passionate about coffee and the art of making the perfect cup of coffeeReliable and consistent—your leader and teammates can always depend on you to be punctual and bring your A gameThoughtful and able to anticipate our customer’s needsObsessed with the details!
