Senior Real Estate ParalegalLocation: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) Can sit in Dallas or HoustonJoin a highly respected, national law firm as a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, supporting a top-tier real estate practice working with premier clients on complex, high-value transactions. What You'll DoSupport attorneys through all phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and closingsReview and analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related diligence materialsPrepare title objection letters, seller responses, and detailed diligence summariesCoordinate directly with title companies to resolve title issues and negotiate policy coverageAssist with mezzanine loan transactions, including UCC policies and endorsementsDraft mortgage assignments, terminations, escrow instructions, and ancillary loan documentationReview lease documentation and prepare abstractsOrder and summarize UCC, bankruptcy, litigation, and lien searchesManage closing logistics and support residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finishWhat You BringBachelor's degree required10+ years of real estate paralegal experience within an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated law firm environmentStrong experience with complex commercial real estate transactions and lending mattersExceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple high-priority matters and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and AdobeCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $140,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)Discretionary, performance-based year-end bonusFull medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planPaid vacation, sick leave, and parental leaveFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and life insuranceAdditional DetailsHybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 remoteAnnual billable requirement: 1,600 hoursOvertime eligible as neededIf you're a senior-level real estate paralegal looking to join a dynamic, high-performing team with excellent compensation and work-life balance, this is a great opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role.
