A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its Dallas Real Estate Practice Group. This is a sophisticated transactional role supporting complex commercial real estate matters from diligence through closing and post‑closing.This opportunity is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys ownership over deals, and wants to be deeply involved in high‑level transactions alongside a collaborative legal team.What You’ll DoDraft first-pass loan documents, ancillary agreements, and closing deliverables for attorney reviewReview and analyze title commitments, exception documents, and surveys; prepare clear title and survey summariesCoordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title and survey issuesManage due diligence materials, including organizational documents, insurance certificates, UCC searches, and third‑party reportsPrepare and maintain detailed closing checklists; track open items and deadlinesCoordinate closings, including signatures, execution, and delivery of documentsOversee post‑closing matters such as recording documents, confirming title policy issuance, and organizing final closing bindersAssist with research, redlines, document comparison, and general transactional supportMaintain accurate, well‑organized electronic deal files throughout the transaction lifecycleWhat They’re Looking For5+ years of real estate paralegal experience (law firm environment preferred)Strong experience reviewing titles, surveys, and closing documentationBachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferredHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactiveComfortable managing multiple deals simultaneouslyWillingness to work in‑office at least four days per week, with flexibility for overtime as neededWhy This RoleStable, high‑caliber real estate practiceHands‑on involvement in complex commercial transactionsStrong firm culture with long‑term investment in professional development
