Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead projects through all phases, from schematic design and documentation to construction administration. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met. Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and details. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members. Maintain quality control and adherence to company standards. Participate in design reviews and contribute to the creative process.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 10+ years of professional experience in architecture. Licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensure. Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction processes. Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
