We expect our Site Superintendents to take full ownership of the project’s day-to-dayexecution, maintaining absolute focus on cleanliness, safety, accountability, and scheduleadherenceThe Site Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating trades, enforcing safetyand quality standards, resolving field issues, and driving the project to completion on time andwithin budget. You will be backed by a strong operational team and repeat subcontractor base toensure consistent resultsResponsibilities Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, on time, and tospecification Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff Maintain a spotless, organized job site that meets company cleanliness standards Conduct daily progress walks, log updates, and enforce quality control measures Track schedule progress and proactively identify risks or delays Enforce job site safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policy Resolve field-level conflicts quickly while keeping projects on track Serve as the primary point of contact between the field and corporate office Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and pride in workmanshipQualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or equivalent leadership role inmultifamily or commercial construction Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule with exceptional safety andcleanliness Experience in Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) or panelized construction preferred, but not arequirement Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to interpret and enforce construction documents and specifications OSHA 30 certification preferred Spanish proficiency preferredWhat We Offer Competitive salary Full medical benefits with 100% premium paid by the company 401(k) with company match Career growth within a rapidly scaling company with a 1,500-unit pipeline and a 20,000-unit vision A strong team culture focused on efficiency, safety, and pride in our workDAILY TASKS (Non-negotiable core routine)Safety & Cleanliness Conduct morning safety walk — check PPE compliance, fall protection, housekeeping Ensure all work areas are free of trip hazards, trash, and excess materials Verify safety signage and barricades are in place Conduct toolbox talk with all trades (5–10 min) — focus on current hazards andschedule prioritiesSchedule Execution Review day’s work plan with subcontractor foremen — confirm manpower, materials,equipment Check deliveries are on schedule and materials are staged at point of use Monitor crews to ensure work matches production targets Document daily manpower count per tradeQuality & Accountability Perform in-progress inspections to catch issues early Take photos of work areas for daily log Verify installations against construction documentsCommunication Update project management software with daily report (weather, manpower, progress,safety notes) Flag any potential delays or material shortages to Project Manager immediately Hold quick end-of-day recap with key trades to set next day’s goalsWEEKLY TASKSProgress & Planning Walk entire job site with Project Manager for schedule alignment Walk all buildings under construction, including the job site and capture progress on ourOpenAI program Update 3-week look-ahead schedule with input from all trades Confirm all inspections for the week are scheduled and ready (no re-inspections)Quality Control Review completed work against plans and specs Mark deficiencies and create punch lists for trades to resolve within the weekLogistics & Coordination Verify next week’s deliveries are confirmed with suppliers Plan staging areas for upcoming phases to avoid congestion Coordinate with utility companies for upcoming connectionsSafety & Culture Conduct a weekly all-hands safety meeting with all crews on site Recognize trades or individuals who excelled in safety, cleanliness, or productionMONTHLY TASKSProject Performance Review Compare actual progress against baseline schedule — identify acceleration or recoveryactions if needed Review budget vs. actual for labor, materials, and rentals Meet with Project Manager and upper management to discuss risks, successes, andprocess improvementsContinuous Improvement Document “lessons learned” from the current phase — feed into Vitruvian’s standardoperating procedures for future builds Review subcontractor performance — provide feedback for improvement or recognitionCompliance & Documentation Ensure all OSHA logs, permits, and inspection records are current and complete Verify as-built documentation is being maintained by relevant trades
