Maintain and support IBM InfoSphere MDM environments across development, testing, and production.Oversee system configuration, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.Manage user access, security controls, and compliance with enterprise policies.Support data integration teams by ensuring stable APIs, batch processes, and data flows.Collaborate with data governance and business teams to enable stewardship workflows and data quality processes.Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and environment standards.
