Athlete Outreach Intern

Open Unpaid Internship Role:Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand making the first functional electrolyte chewing gum. We've built a community of college athlete ambassadors and pro partners across major leagues, and we're scaling fast.This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Looking for an intern to help us scale our athlete outreach. You'll manage athlete communications, track interactions in our CRM, and represent the brand in everyday conversations with our ambassador community.Responsibilities• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.• Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.• Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.• Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.• Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.Qualifications• Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required).• Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.• Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic.• Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.• Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.What You'll Gain• Direct mentorship from the Electro founding team.• Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.• Networking opportunities with college and pro athletes across major programs.• A real chance to grow into a long-term role on the team.• Flexible, remote internship experience that fits around school.⚡ Join the team and help shape the future of sports hydration.
