Valve AssemblerFieldBridge is looking for a Valve Assembler in Pasadena, TX to work for one of the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay/Schedule: $25.00/hour | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Great OT available including occasional Saturdays. At $25/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,300 gross.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join the Control Department at the Pasadena, TX facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting control valves and related equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and customer requirements. This position focuses primarily on assembling new valves and requires a detail-oriented technician comfortable working with diagnostic equipment and precision measurement tools.Key Responsibilities:Assemble, test, and troubleshoot control valves and equipment per manufacturer and customer requirementsPerform inspections to identify necessary corrective action and conduct Positive Material IdentificationConduct hydro testing and calibration of measurement equipment per internal quality proceduresOperate diagnostic equipment including Valscope and profilerMeasure and record critical dimensions per manufacturer specifications and install instrumentation and accessories as neededRequired Qualifications:High school diploma requiredMinimum 1 year of relevant mechanical assembly or control valve experienceExperience reading calipers and using precision measurement toolsHydro testing experience requiredFamiliarity with control valves requiredExperience with ERP systems such as SAP a plus; training available if needed
