Company Wide Summer Camp District Director

~Be The Heart of our Summer Camps~Olympia and Team Central Gymnastics are looking for a companywide summer camp director to help shape the energy, quality, and big-heart magic of Summer 2026 . This role drives what Olympia and Team Central do best: create unforgettable experiences, build confidence in kids, and lead staff with positivity, clarity, and purpose. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love coaching people, and want to take an already strong program to the next level, this is your moment.WHAT YOU'LL LEAD* Elevate camp quality training, and consistency across 6 locations*Strengthen staff culture and guide on-site leadership*Grow enrollment, experience, and overall program success*Co-lead strategic and operational aspects of summer camp programming for smooth, high standard daily executionWHAT YOU BRING*Camp Director experience - strongly preferred*Genuine love for teamwork, coaching, and creating incredible experiences for kids*Someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping the energy upbeat and positiveWHERE YOU'LL WORK*Home base - 2675 Metro Blvd, Maryland Heights*Travel to other locations as neededPAY*$20-$25/Hour based on experience and past growth successes. Bonus option based on enrollment plateaus.HOURS*May-August: 10-15 hours/week*September: 4-10 hours/week*Summer availability: Monday-Friday daytime + occasional weekend hours
