We are an engineering-based company, with expertise in all aspects of power supply design, manufacturing and test.Position SummaryProvides organizational, administrative, and coordination support to engineering and project teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with technical, quality, and business requirements.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & SupportAssist Engineering Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activitiesSupport project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activitiesMaintain project schedules, task lists, and action item trackersTrack project milestones and flag potential schedule risks to project leadershipSchedule, Cost, and Documentation TrackingAssist in maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar toolsTrack labor hours, material usage, and outside direct costs (ODCs) in coordination with Engineering and FinanceSupport documentation control, including engineering deliverables, meeting minutes, and customer-required reportsHelp ensure project data is current, accurate, and properly archivedCommunication & Team CoordinationCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action itemsServe as a communication link between Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program ManagementAssist with internal and external status reportingSupport customer communications under the guidance of senior project staffRisk & Issue SupportAssist in identifying schedule, cost, and technical risksTrack risks and issues and support mitigation planningEscalate issues appropriately to Engineering Project ManagersEngineering & Operations InterfaceCoordinate with Engineering teams to track design progress, reviews, and test activitiesSupport transition activities from Engineering Development to ProductionAssist with tracking engineering changes, builds, and prototype activitiesGeneral ResponsibilitiesSupport proposal and quoting activities as assignedAdhere to all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements including OSHA, EPA, and internal proceduresMaintain punctuality and reliability in support of project schedulesAbility to work flexible hours and/or different shifts, if needed.
