We are a progressive and dynamic provider of edging and gardening tools. We are dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs with high-quality, high-end product at every price point. We are currently seeking an Customer Service/Sales Assistant for our Holland, Michigan location. Role and Responsibilities Researching and Sourcing new sales opportunities Generating and delivering product quotes for customers accurately and in a timely manner. Entering incoming orders received from customers accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming customer inquiries and assisting them in timely problem resolution. Back up and support sales representatives Manage Return Material Authorization requests Help with Trade Shows as needed Assist walk in customer with sales Requirements High School diploma/GED required 2-5 years’ experience in a professional customer service environment Experience Working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Demonstrate a Willingness to Learn New Skills, Accept Additional Responsibilities as Required Extremely Organized with Great Attention to Detail Friendly, professional demeanor Dependable Ability to work cooperatively with fellow employees Competitive salary, based on experience.
