The OpportunityWe partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently within an ERP system. Liaise with production, shipping, and quality control teams to resolve customer issues. Provide customers with updates on order status, production delays, and shipping information. Document customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system. Identify and escalate complex technical or product-related issues to appropriate internal departments. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product development and sales teams. Recommended QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
