Type: Contractor | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Project-BasedAbout the RoleWe're looking for a precise, production-minded Packaging Production Designer to create and deliver print-ready packaging artwork across multiple product categories. You'll work within established brand systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure every file is accurate and on time.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver production-ready artwork including dielines, layered files, and final mechanicalsExecute designs within existing brand guidelines and packaging systemsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistencyPrepare files for print with knowledge of finishes, specs, and packaging variationsProof and review all artwork before submissionMust-HavesStrong packaging/mechanical production experienceProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience with dielines, layers, and production-ready filesAbility to work within structured systems and guidelinesProfessional English communication skillsFull-time availability (40 hrs/week) during active contract periodsNice-to-HavesRetail packaging experience (home, textiles, apparel, or beauty)Knowledge of print finishes (foil, specialty finishes, variations)Iconography or light creative support skillsPortfolio focused on packaging work
