Specializing in character-licensed, national brands, and private label products, they are known for their innovative designs, patented technologies, and high-quality materials, offering exceptional value to their customers.Role SnapshotLocation: LATAM - Country (Remote) Schedule: Full-time | 9 a.m.- 6p.m. ETType: Independent/ContractorPosition SummaryWe are hiring a Graphic and Packaging Designer who will be responsible for developing innovative packaging concepts and translating them into high-quality, production-ready artwork using provided die lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, print production, and design systems to ensure cohesive and compelling packaging across all product lines.ResponsibilitiesDevelop original packaging design concepts that align with brand strategy, consumer trends, and market insights. Create finished artwork using provided die lines, ensuring accuracy for production across various formats and substrates. Design and maintain brand style guides, templates, and brand decks to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and suppliers, to meet project goals and timelines. Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for print production, including color accuracy, resolution, and bleed/safety margins. Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to keep packaging designs fresh, relevant, and innovative. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative direction and concept development. Review and approve press proofs and packaging samples as needed. Requirements (Must-Have)Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic and packaging design, preferably within consumer goods or retail. Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, brand development, and applied use of dielines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Familiarity with print production processes, materials, and structural packaging. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level. Communication (written and verbal): Excellent Attention to Detail: Excellent Time Management: Excellent Collaboration: Strong Presentation Skills: Strong Problem-solving Creativity Adaptability Initiative Technical Skills (Required)Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign): Expert Packaging Design: Advanced Print Production: Advanced Dieline Application: Advanced Brand Development: Proficient Design Systems: Proficient 3D Packaging Mockup Software (e.g., Esko, Cinema 4D, Adobe Dimension): Nice to Have Knowledge of sustainability in packaging design: Nice to Have Experience designing for multiple brands simultaneously: Nice to Have Competitive Research and Trend AnalysisTools & SystemsMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)Time tracking: Hubstaff Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Why Join?Competitive pay in USD.100% remote — work from home or anywhere.Flexible time-off.Work with an international team.Learning opportunities.Be a member of an elite group of top talent.
