Associate Media Planner - Partnerships & Client Support

We move fast, stay agile, and prioritize work/life balance while delivering best-in-class media solutions across industries including pharmaceutical, financial services, retail, and travel.Role OverviewWe’re hiring an entry-level Associate Digital Media Planner to help run day-to-day campaign operations and provide hands-on client support. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping campaigns organized, getting creative assets where they need to go, supporting reporting, and keeping our project workflows humming on Monday.com.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main day-to-day contact between our client’s other partner agencies (such as their creative agency), media partners, and internal teams — making sure assets get delivered on time and questions get answered quickly.Run project management in Monday.com: schedule meetings, assign tasks, maintain the reporting calendar, keep client status agendas current, and track insertion orders.Help manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and planning conversations with publisher partners.Support vendor relationships and client communication — sending status updates, flagging issues early, and building strong working relationships.Be responsive and reliable for clients: timely replies, clear notes, and consistent follow-ups.Own the creative intake process and quality checks in partnership with the client’s creative agency.Coordinate the setup and monitoring of campaign placements (display, video, mobile, social, and Connected TV) through Monday.com — making sure ads launch correctly and run as planned.Maintain campaign schedules and reporting deadlines in Monday.com.Pull together campaign performance snapshots and help with monthly and quarterly reporting (some exposure to reporting tools like Looker is a plus).Help build client-facing PowerPoint summaries and recommendations.Spot issues early and escalate when needed.Contribute to internal playbooks and onboarding materials so future team members can ramp up quickly.Help keep intake checklists, quality-check steps, and process docs clear and up to date.Required Qualifications0–2 years of digital media experience (agency or client side) — entry-level candidates welcome.Comfort with Monday.com (required) and confidence communicating with clients.Willingness to learn new tools and pick up basic reporting skills (Looker or similar a plus).Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; highly detail-oriented and organized.Confident with client interaction, both written and verbal.Analytical mindset and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Commutable to NYC and willing to travel as needed.Nice-to-Have•      Familiarity with digital ad platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar).•      Prior experience with creative quality checks or working with media vendors.•      Experience supporting client relationships.•      Pharmaceutical experience.How to Apply: Email your resume and cover letter to careers@silverlightdigital.com.Equal Opportunity StatementSilverlight Digital is an equal opportunity employer.
