Assistant Branch Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and ensure exceptional service, efficient workflow, and strong team performance. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager to lead staff, oversee operational processes, and help drive branch growth and customer satisfaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned: Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring compliance with company policies Assist in supervising, coaching, and developing branch staff to meet performance and service standards Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the branch team Develop, implement and monitor detailed operations strategies and objectives Monitor and manage inventory control Ensure the provision of excellent customer service Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels Implement and execute the Company's marketing strategy as supported through head office marketing department Build and retain an effective team Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve goals Model and champion Eckart LLC values and mission Attain budgeted revenue expectations Set expectations for each of Eckart LLC staff including customer expectations and quota achievement Measure the activities of staff Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous, professional manner. Determine staffing requirements and oversee the hiring of staff with support of the HR department Maintain current general knowledge of Employee Benefits Create a safe environment for the discussion and resolution of issues and concerns Work in concert with other branches to assure congruence with Company operations. Complete various sales and operations reports Conduct regular branch team performance evaluations Ensure that all personnel comply with Company policies, procedures and ethical standards Ensure compliance with Eckart LLC standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONMinimum a high school diploma or equivalent Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service Ability to lead and effectively supervise professional and non-professional staff Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written Industry experience will be considered an assetFinal candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
