Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead sales activities to grow loans, deposits, and new customer relationships Proactively engage customers and businesses to understand their financial needs and recommend bank solutions Drive business development through community involvement, outreach, and referral partnerships Coach and motivate staff to achieve individual and branch sales goals Maintain operational and regulatory compliance while ensuring exceptional service Qualifications: 3-5 years of retail banking experience with consumer lending required Small business lending or business development experience preferred Strong sales leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Ability to build relationships quickly and represent the bank confidently in the community Solid knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance
