About ERP Access, Inc.ERP Access is based outside of San Francisco and deploys Anthropic solutions for small-bay industrial real estate operators focused on acquiring, leasing, and managing flex/light-industrial properties across high-demand submarkets. Building on our collaboration with a firm in the small-bay industrial leasing space, we are expanding our deployment team to support an increasing pipeline of properties and tenant projects.About the RoleWe are hiring Forward Deployed Engineer Interns to work at the intersection of AI tooling and small-bay industrial leasing operations. Interns will complete and pass Anthropic's certification training, then apply those skills in the field — deploying AI-assisted workflows that streamline leasing, tenant onboarding, market analysis, and asset management for our portfolio.This is a hybrid role based out of San Carlos, CA, with regular travel to portfolio properties and tenant sites in Southern California and Utah. What You'll Do• Complete and pass Anthropic's certification/training program as a condition of the internship.• Deploy AI-assisted leasing workflows in the field across small-bay industrial properties.• Partner with brokers, property managers, and advisors to translate on-the-ground leasing needs into deployable solutions.• Build prompt libraries, lightweight automations, and Claude-powered tools for lease abstraction, tenant communications, market comps, and pipeline reporting.• Sit on-site with operators and tenants to gather requirements, iterate on prototypes, and ship working tools quickly.• Document playbooks so deployments are repeatable across new properties and submarkets.• Report findings, metrics, and improvement opportunities back to the leadership team.What We're Looking For• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in a relevant field (CS, engineering, real estate, business, economics, or similar). • Willingness and ability to complete Anthropic's certification training before field deployment.• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be talking to brokers, tenants, and operators, not just engineers.• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping; small-bay industrial moves fast and the work is hands-on.• Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript) and comfort working with APIs is a strong plus.• Interest in commercial real estate, industrial assets, or proptech.• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to properties in the Bay Area and select out-of-market sites.Nice to Have• Prior exposure to commercial real estate, brokerage, or property management.• Experience building with LLMs (Claude Code, Skills, MCP, agents, RAG, etc.).• Familiarity with leasing documents, LOIs, or lease abstraction workflows.What You'll Get• Internship with a clear path to full-time Forward Deployed Engineer roles.• Anthropic certification training, fully sponsored.• Direct mentorship from ERP Access leadership.• Real ownership: your deployments will be used by live properties and real tenants.• Hybrid schedule out of San Carlos, CA with field travel.ERP Access, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
