Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal AssistantDallas, TX | Full-Time | In-OfficeA growing plaintiff-side litigation firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support a team of attorneys handling high-exposure catastrophic injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage complex cases independently, and is looking to join a collaborative, team-oriented practice.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys through all phases of personal injury matters, including pre-litigation, litigation, and trial preparationManage approximately 25–30 active cases at a timeDraft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, correspondence, and settlement demand packagesReview and summarize medical records, billing records, police reports, wage documentation, and expert materialsCoordinate filings in civil and county courtsTrack statutes of limitation, discovery deadlines, court deadlines, and hearing datesCommunicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, court personnel, opposing counsel, and expertsCoordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, IMEs, and trial logisticsMaintain organized and up-to-date case files within the firm’s case management systemAssist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial notebooksQualificationsMinimum 6 years of personal injury litigation experience in a plaintiff-side firmExperience handling matters from intake through litigation and trial preparationTrial experience is a plusStrong drafting and writing skills requiredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staffProfessional, client-focused demeanor with strong communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCompensation & BenefitsSalary starting at $80,000+ depending on experienceFully paid medical benefits for employees and dependents401(k) contribution10 PTO days in the first yearOvertime opportunities availableScheduleMonday – Friday8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.In-office position located in the Dallas/Uptown area
