Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of systems. Tests ERP functions to ensure the system is meeting customer's business and functional requirements. Manage ERP projects as a local project lead.Need to be fluent bilingual to work with Japanese clients mainly in the US.II. Job Responsibilities and DutiesEssential Functionsa. Identify ERP business systems solutions requirements by consulting with clients; analyzing work processes and operations; establishing solution objectives; preparing specifications.b. Implement and support ERP (Dynamics 365 [Business Central/Finance and Operations], AX, NAV, or GP) for new and existing customers, including design, product configuration, testing, data conversion, user acceptance test and go live support.c. Gather information for the development of custom applications to complement or integrate with existing softwared. Follow Calsoft Project Charter and implementation methodology, produce the deliverables it stipulates, and ensure project documents are completee. Drive additional ERP consulting services within customer basef. Manage ERP projects and project members/vendors as a project leadg. Involve in presales activities such as product presentation, proposal preparationh. Communicate with client key members both in fluent English and Japanesei. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsj. Exercise a certain degree of creativity and latitudek. Work under general supervision; Reports to a project lead or department managerl. Learn new applications and participate in other duties as neededm.Participate in mandatory trainingn. Frequent travel to client sites mainly in Texas and other states in the US is required with occasional overnight or extended stays depending on project requirements.Supporting FunctionsTeama. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldb. 2+ years of experience in the field or any related ERP software.c.
