Job Title: Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: Sioux Falls, SDPosition Type: Full-Time | PermanentKodiak Labor Solutions, a Comfort Systems company, is partnering with HOWE, a respected mechanical contractor in Sioux Falls, SD, to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.Position SummaryThe Mechanical Project Manager will lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting a contractor with a strong regional reputation and steady backlog.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical construction projects from kickoff to completionDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgetsCoordinate closely with field leadership and subcontractorsReview drawings, specifications, and submittalsLead owner and GC meetingsManage RFIs, change orders, procurement, and billingTrack project costs and forecast financial performanceEnsure safety and quality standards are consistently upheldRequired Qualifications5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experienceCommercial and/or industrial HVAC, plumbing, or piping backgroundStrong budgeting and cost control experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership presence and client communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (DOE)Company bonus programCompany vehicle + gas cardRelocation assistance providedFull benefits packageWhy This Role MattersHOWE continues to expand in the Sioux Falls market, and this Project Manager will play a direct role in driving successful project delivery and sustained growth.
