JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II.Job Description: Prepares flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate a sequence of steps that a program or analytics workflow must follow and to describe logical operations involvedConverts project specifications into a sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into a language readable by computers, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languagesDesigns and writes basic to moderately complex computer programsUses computer-aided software tools, such as flowchart design and code generation, in each stage of system developmentOperates computer system to check out programs, troubleshoot and test systemsMonitors performance of programs after implementationAssists in analysis, review, and alterations to programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirementsPrepares documentation to describe programs development, logic, coding, and correctionsAssists in developing user manuals to describe installation and operating proceduresProvides AFTC Enterprise users with Tier 1 help desk support for AFTC Enterprise applicationsEscalates more serious issues with AFTC Enterprise applications to other developers, when requiredInterpret user stories, requirements, and proceduresDevelop, maintain, and produce analytical documentation using AFTC-provided tools, including Microsoft PowerAutomate and Power Business Intelligence (PowerBI)
