Private Anesthesia GroupNEED:- Doctor retirements have created the need.- Looking for two general ANES and a cardiac guy plus CRNAs.PRACTICE:- Everything is split equally. - 2 cardiac ANES in place but need a 3rd.- Cases run on a number system with the highest numbers being relieved from work first.- Average about 30 hours per week.- 3 people on call per day. 3rd rarely gets called in.- Call is NOT in-house 30 min rule.- Call today is 1:12, but the goal is 1:14.
