Commissions Analyst
Summary Of PositionThe Commission/Variable Compensation Analyst is a vital member of the T&L Revenue Operations team. Your primary focus will be operationalizing incentive payouts for all roles on a variable compensation plan for the Maps, Transporeon, and Carrier teams. You will be asked to distribute and maintain updated plans annually, and to operationalize any changes as plans evolve year over year. You will act as a supporting resource to support the accuracy of the incentive compensation tool(s) and act as a supporting resource for commission inquiries.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport Monthly/Quarterly calculation and accurate payment for variable compensation and other incentive plansSupport in managing any in-year changes to comp plans and comp administration, including SPIFF payouts and other incentives as introduced and approved by the leadership team throughout the yearSupport process for field comp inquiries related to compensation calculations and accuracySupport leadership reviews with accurate, up-to-date performance metrics from the compensation management activitiesWork with internal audit teams for compliance purposesAdminister plans through compensation tool(s) and ensure accuracy of calculation logic, data tables and reportingProvide support for cross-functional compensation-related inquiries and requestsSkills RequiredExperience supporting Sales in a technology industry preferredExcellent communication skills and a positive attitudeDetail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracyExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred)Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwardsEffective Communication at all levels of the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment driven by deadlinesAbility to work independentlyExperience with a compensation tool(s) Everstage preferredMust be proficient in Google Sheets and ExcelCompensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
