Oversee tax strategy, planning, and reporting, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws while minimizing tax liabilities. Lead, review, and manage the monthly Sales & Use tax reporting, and payment process for the Stonebridge portfolio of hotels. Ensure tax compliance in all jurisdictions and lead the research process for new opportunities/projects. Manage the Avalara relationship, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Work closely with legal department to ensure Licenses & Permits compliance. Assist in Corporate Income Tax quarterly preparation as needed. Assist in Hotel Tax Audits as needed. International Tax Compliance experience preferred. Familiarity and experience with Avalara preferred. Understanding of GAAP Work Environment: Light office work Typically, Monday through Friday, but can vary depending on business demands.
