This role oversees daily operations, team performance, project execution, and continuous improvement of automation and control systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead Controls Engineering team and oversee daily activities, workloads, and performanceManage automation projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metConduct annual reviews, set goals, and support employee developmentProvide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to Engineers and TechniciansSupport troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment investigationsMaintain and improve automation standards, documentation, and processesOversee development of control logic, HMI applications, and system architectureEnsure compliance with safety policies, company procedures, and engineering best practicesManage department labor, overhead budgets, and resource planningCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operations, service, and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field10+ years of industrial automation experience2–3 years of leadership or management experienceStrong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motion control, electrical systems, and industrial networksExperience with Rockwell, Beckhoff, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar platformsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skillsAsk for Jasleenjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
